General Terms and Conditions 

1. Rates are offered in three options: A - Blended 50% Peak/50% OffPeak, B - Peak Only and C - OffPeak only.
2. Payment terms are either Prepaid or Postpaid 7-3.
3. Discounts are offered to customers who choose to prepay.
4. Postpaid billing terms are 7 and 3. Invoices are issued every 7 days, and payment is due within 3 days. 
5. Trade references will be requested before any credit is issued. Global Voice will contact the trade references to verify credentials. Please supply atleast 3 trade references with Name, Company, Email & Phone so that we can contact your references easily to speed up the process. Global Voice Carrier also requires contact with your banker to verify your bank account. We regret that without proof of a bank account no credit can be issued.
6. Minimum volume of 4000 minutes per day applies to achieve the advertised rates. Lower volume customers should use the Prepaid Service.
7. Peak times are Greenwich Mean Time  (GMT) 05h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday.
8. Off peak times are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) 18h00 to 05h00 Monday to Friday. Weekends from Friday 18h00 to Monday 05h00 is considered off-peak.
9. All calls are billed per second from the very first second and there is no minimum charge.
10. All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
11. All sales are subject to signing an interconnect agreement.
